Dear Ms. Shatto
As per our discussion, this letter is to let you know that we would like to continue
pursuing the building permit which was applied for this summer regarding the
construction of a four plex. There was some confusion on our part regarding the
status of the permit, as well as a dispute between the architect, ourselves and Carl
Moore from whom we purchased the land and plans. I have spoken with the architect
and have resolved the conflict. The revisions to the plans should be completed
promptly and we will resubmit hopefully by December 3, 1993. We apologize for
any inconvenience we may have caused.

Re: request for permit extention, 13331, E. Guthrie
Dear Mr. Manson,
We are requesting an extension for the following
reason: Financing has not been available in the past.
Recently however, we have found a purchaser for the four
plex and now have funds to proceed.
Sincerely,
