issued a Determination of Non.significance
(DNS) on February 21,2020 pursuant to the
State Enwmnmedal Policy Act (SEPA) and 1
chapter 21.20 Spokane Valley Municipal
Code (SVMC).
Hearing Procedures: The Planning Com-
mission
will conduct the remote hearing
pursuant to the rules of procedure adopted
in SVMC Tifle 18 (Boards and Authorities).
The public is encouraged to submit written
comments prior to the hearing by sending
the comments to Char Bates, 10210 E
Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99206,
or ail to r'hatee kspokenevalleyorg.
Comments will need to be submitted no
later than 4:00 PM on June 25, 2020 In
order for them to be received and prepared
for submission into the record. Comments
received will be entered into the record at
the time of the public participation portion
of the Public Hearing. If you would like to
deliver comments to City Hall you may
contact City Hall at (509) 720-5000 prior to
4:00 PM on June 25, 2020 to schedule an
appointment for delivery and allow staff to

received through US Mail will be included if
they are received prior to the heating.

Commission will forward a recommenda-
tion on the request to the Spokane Valley
City Councl.
