RE: Stop Work Order - East 13723 Everett Avenue
Dear Mr. Crosby:
As you are aware a stop work order was placed on the property
located at the above referenced address, on August 3, 1988.
As a result of the stop work order being placed you are required to:
1. obtain the necessary permits for the residence.
Section 304(d) of the Uniform Building Code requires that a double
fee be charged whenever any work for which a permit is required has
commenced without first obtaining such permit.
It should be noted that Section 202(d) of the Uniform Building Code
requires that when any work is done contrary to the provisions of
this code and a stop work order is issued, all such work shall stop
until authorized to proceed by this Department.
