City of Spokane Valley has taken the following land use regulation action imposing a variety of
special development conditions on 10305 E Montgomery Avenue located in the NE1/4 of Section
08, Township 25 North, Range 44 East WM in the County of Spokane, State of Washington. The
property is legally described as;
LOT 27 OF BSP 87-16 AND THE SOUTH 6 FEET OF LOT 17 AND THE SOUTH 6 FEET OF THE EAST 30
FEET OF LOT 18 OF SAID BINDING SITE PLAN AND THE NORTH 119 FEET OF THE SOUTH 125 FEET OF
THE WEST 82 FEET OF LOT 17 OF SAID BINDING SITE PLAN, BEING A PORTION OF FRUITLAND ADDITION.
This property is the subject of a land use action by the City of Spokane Valley, Community &
Public Works; Building & Planning Division on June 17, 2020 approving a Conditional Use Permit
(CUP). Approval of a CPU is subject to the provisions of section 19.150.030 of the City of
Spokane Valley Municipal Code. Conditions have been applied to the use of this site as a
medical detoxification facility.
File No. CUP-2020-0002 is available for inspection and copying in the City of Spokane Valley
Community & Public Works, Building & Planning.
Release of this Title Notice can only be accomplished through the authority of the City of
Spokane Valley Department of Community & Public Works; Building &.Planning Division or its
successor by recording of a "Title Notice Extinguishment" based upon a finding that such release
should occur.
