Dear Mr. Baldwin:
A recheck of our records indicates that Building Permit # 00009096, for a contractors shop remodel has not yet
received an approved final inspection. The building continues to be occupied without the issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy.
We must require that you immediately notify our office regarding your intent to resolve this issue or within ten (10)
days from the date of this letter and without further notice, the entire matter will be forwarded to the Spokane County
Prosecuting Attorney's Office for appropriate legal action.
