did deem the acquisition of said land, real
estate, premises, and picparty, together
with a temporary construction easement re-
lated thereto. necessary to the petitioner's
purposes. The land, real estate, premises,
and property, together with a temporary
construction easement related thereto,
that the petitioner seeks to acquire by
and through this condemnation action Is
fully described in Exhibit B to the amended
condemnation petition filed herein, and has
been assigned Spokane County tax parcel
umbers 55001.9047, 55061.9045, and
55061.9002. You have been named as
respondent in the above -entitled action,
because, so fares can be ascertained from
public records, it appears you have anInter-
est In said land.

real estate, and other property sought to be
appropriated in the above -entitled action is
