+ The City's initial review of a final plat/short plat/binding site plan application takes approximately thirty (30)
calendar days from the date of a complete submittal.
• During the 30-day review period, the City will distribute the final plat/short plat/binding site plan application
to other City departments and other affected agencies and organizations for their review comments.
♦ After receipt of all review comments, these comments will be provided to the applicant so that changes can be
made to the final plat/short plat/binding site plan map and any associated documents before submittal to the
City of the mylar for signature and any other documents intended for recording.
♦ When all required comments have been addressed, the City will request the mylar and associated recording
fees. City of Spokane Valley staff only will collect all signatures required and record the mylar with the
Spokane County Auditor's Office. Please note that the City conducts recordings once a week only.

THE BASIS OF BEARINGS IS THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER AS PER (R2).
EQUIPMENT & PROCEDURES:
A DUAL FREQUENCY GPS AND A CALIBRATED TOTAL STATION WERE USED FOR THIS
SURVEY. FIELD PROCEDURES WERE STATIC, REAL TIME KINEMATIC AND FIELD TRAVERSE,
WITH RADIAL STAKEOUT. THE RELATIVE ACCURACY AND FIELD TRAVERSE STANDARDS PER
WAC 332-130-030 AND WAC 332-130-090 WERE ACCOMPLISHED.
