2016, 04-29 Short Plat Email, Site PlanChristina Janssen From: Christina Janssen Sent: Friday, April 29, 2016 4:20 PM To: 'm.r.kaminski@comcast.net' Subject: 2 Lot Short Plat Attachments: Kaminski.pdf Mike, I spoke today with Gabe Gallinger, the City's Senior Development Engineer regarding your proposed 2 lot short plat on Broadway Avenue. The determination has been made that due to lot width and depth requirements, the north property line of the newly created lot (south lot) will be the "front", meaning that the proposed 24X30 shop(with drive doors facing east) will need to the meet the 15' front yard setback off of the fire department turn -around. have attached a drawing indicating this and will include it as well in our electronic record for this parcel so that at such time as you decide to make formal application for subdivision reference will be available. Please let me know if there is anything else that I can assist with. Thank you a iristi, frojJawssevt, Planner City of Spokane Valley Community and Economic Development Dept. 11707 E.
