This letter is to advise you that Metro Engineering, Inc. has been retained by Markham
Homes to perform the design and prepare the plans for a pressurized drainfield system for
the above referenced residential property. This residential property is located at 17301 E.
Broadway in Spokane County.
We performed a site visit on September 23, 2005. A preliminary site plan and engineering
calculations were prepared to verify that a pressure system can be engineered and provided
for this site. There is adequate area for the construction of the facilities. See the attached
preliminary design.
We request the building permit for this property be released contingent upon final design
of the pressurized drainfield system.
