LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING:
I, Mr. Thomas M. Fagan, understand that this building permit is being issued
for only "Footings & Foundation" work for the property described in Building
Permit for the east 100 feet of parcel number 18552-2844. I further understand
that I will not be able to place or build a house on this foundation until the
Short Plat SP-83-221 is finalized and recorded at the County Auditors Office,
that any delays in filing this plat will delay the placing or building the house
on this foundation.
I further state as shown in the May 9, 1983, amended Certificate to Plat #AC-
113995-M that I am the sole vested party of this property along with my wife
Lillian V. Fagan.
I further state as shown in the attached map by Eugene H. Welborn that he has
set wood stakes for the approximate location of the new lot line to assure proper
setback distances for the location of the footings and foundation.
