With regards to the vehicles on your property, interpreta- tions of this section of the ordinance by the Spokane County Planning Department state that, "...a vehicle must be considered either usable or in storage. If a vehicle is to be considered usable, it must be licensed and operable. If both of these characteristics are not present, the vehicle is not usable and therefore, is classified as storage.
