LEGAL NOTICE MICHAEL HUFFMAN being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says that he is the EDITOR of the Spokane Valley News Herald, a weekly newspaper. The City of Spokane Valley Is seeking an agreement with a consultant for snow plow- .Ing services for its City Hall property and Precinct property through this Request for Proposals (RFP). All responders must be located in the City of Spokane Valley and have a Washington State business license Including City endorsement.
