Re: Early Start for New Four-plex Unit, Phase "A" located
E. 12422 Olive Avenue
Gentlemen:
at
Approval has been granted for an "Early Start" to allow the architectural
firm sufficient time to complete and resolve the items and condition per
Zone Change.
The early start is for footings and foundation work only: The final permit
release is conditional upon submittal of final revisions and approvals.
Work is not to proceed beyond the footings and foundations without final
permit issuance.
Special inspections are required per U.B.C. Section 306. Note: The minimum
(fc) 2,500 p.s.i. concrete required per specification. All concrete poured during
cold weather must conform to inspection policy 79-7 (attached).
Post this letter on the job site. A set of blueprints for the building and a
copy of your early start permit are also required to be on the job.
