The County Engineering Department has reviewed the above -referenced
development. The following is required prior to the release of a building
permit.
(1) Applicant must comply with conditions of approval for Spokane County
Zone Change ZE 57-86, which includes the following requirements:
(a) The dedication of a 17 foot right-of-way along University;
(b) Approval of stormwater drainage plan (a plan has been reviewed
and comments have been returned to the engineer for inclusion in
and modification of the plan;
(c) Approach permits must be obtained from the County Engineer.
