The City Council just decided that it is, in fact, going to be located in the West Lawn area. As we discussed, please put
together a rough estimate by Monday afternoon for additional work as follows:
• 3' diameter x 5' deep pre-cast concrete base, 12" above grade, bevel on top.
• Mounting of art sculpture, similar to art sculpture#1.
• "Design" and installation of 3 uplights, similar to sculpture#1.
We anticipate the sculpture to be delivered to CenterPlace on Wednesday, so we will know more about how this one is
to be mounted so you can finalize your proposal. We wanted to be sure to get this in front of you and your crews ASAP,
so that you could plan for it. We are unsure about the requirement for new electrical conduit, so please ask Colvico
ASAP?We also expect that some shrubs will need to be located slightly differently than shown in order to make room
for the base. Again,we are looking for a very similar installation as the current art sculpture#1. Thanks for your help
and please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.

No impacts for landscape. We will adjust shrubs around sculpture. No irrigation lines to be relocated either.
One issue to consider: there is overhead spray irrigation in that area. Can the sculpture get wet?
Thanks,
