Site inspection conducted 8/29/00 revealed MH is vacant, but is being remodeled. Affidavit Prepared Site inspection conducted 9/22/00 revealed no change in status of violation. Affidavit of Probable Cause forwarded to PA office. Request for affidavit to be withdrawn forwarded to PA office.. Site inspection conducted 1/26/01 revealed MH is still vacant. Site inspection conducted 3/1/01 reveal MH is still vacant. Site inspection conducted 4/13/01 revealed violation remains on the property. Site inspection conducted 6/12/01 revealed violation still exist on the property. Site inspection conducted 8/13/01 revealed MH is still vacant. Site inspection conducted 10/10/01 revealed MH is still vacant. On 11/9/01, conducted a site inspection and talked to Brandy, daughter of owner, regarding the status of the manufactured home. She informed me that they are still undecided as to what to do with the unit. On 12/10/01, conducted a site inspection and talked to Zan Breza regarding the status of the manufactured home. He infomred me that because of financial difficulties they will not be able to get the permit for the unit until next year. See photos taken 12/10/01. New complaint rec'd fr mgr of apts at 410 S. Park Rd (See file) Site visited. No change in conditions. File review reveals no applic for permit. Reopen compliance action.
