In conducting a preliminary review of your submitted plans, I hopefully request a clarification on
one item listed below.
• l.) As per Section 0610, of the WAC 296-150M, Manufactured blocking specifications
are required to be submitted for verification of spacing and load capacity. If the blocking
specifications cannot be obtained from the Manufacturer of your Manufactured Home,
Washington State Code requires a Design Professional to submit the blocking layout
specifications. The Design Professional should be licensed in the State of Washington
and the submitted documents should bear their seal and signature with date.
Details on this item would expedite the plan review process to gain issuance of the expected
