Valleyway Spokane Valley, WA 99212 Dear Mr. Breza, You submitted a building permit application #07000375 on February 23, 2007 to legalize the current location of a mobile home your property at 422 South Park. The Building Division notified you via a letter from the Senior Plans Examiner, Nik Bentley, dated March 3, 2007, that we were unable to proceed with review and approval of the permit application for the following reason: I. Manufacturer's blocking (and attachment) details or a Washington state engineer approved system for blocking and attaching the mobile home must be provided. In addition, permit specialist staff have informed you that the required approval from the sewer district has not been received. Until these deficiencies are satisfied, we are unable to proceed with the issuance of a building permit. The Spokane County documents that you supplied last week were reviewed and determined inadequate to address any of the above referenced deficiencies in your application. The permit you supplied was for another structure on the property and clearly states that the mobile home in question was to be removed at the time the work authorized by the permit was completed. The document does not establish a legal right for the mobile home to remain in its current location. As you are aware, your building permit application was in response to a complaint handled by Code Compliance Officer Chris Berg. CCO Berg determined that the property was in violation and agreed to conditionally suspend action against the property until March 2, 2007, provided you obtained an approved permit and completed the work required by that permit. The March 2, 2007 date for compliance has passed and the conditions of the suspension of actions against the property have not been met. Your file was forwarded to the legal department on March 6, 2007. As you have been told, you may continue to work on resolving the permit application issues. However, the code compliance action is a separate matter and will proceed unless compliance has been obtained by some other means. Without the documents and approvals outlined in this letter the Spokane Valley Building Division has no other assistance to offer. We will happily proceed with the review and issuance of your permit at such time as you provide the requested materials. We respectfully request that you return to the office only when you have obtained the items we have requested. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Sincerely, /14K. /i4a3=--- MK.
