and the Spokane Reglonal Health District
regulations are the primary development
regulations applicable to the site.
PUBLIC HEARING: Pursuant to SVMC
17.80.050 the Community & Public Works
Department shall be the decision -maker on
a proposal to subdNide property into nine (9)
or fewer lots. Therefore. the proposal is not
subject to a future public hearing.
