RALPH GUTHRIE East 13423 32nd Avenue Spokane, Washington 99216 RE: Expiration of Building Permit Number 88-1249 Dear Mr. Guthrie: Our records indicate that no inspection of your relocated residence located at East 11911 Railroad Circle, Spokane County parcel number 04544-1203 has been conducted by this office. It should be noted that Section 303(d) of the Uniform Building Code requires that if the building or work authorized under the above permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after the work is commenced for a period of 180 days, then the permit shall become null and void. If, in fact, the work authorized under the above referenced permit has not been suspended, please contact this office. within ten (10) days of the date of this letter and arrange for inspection of your relocated residence in order that your permit might remain valid. If the work authorized has been suspended or should you fail to contact this office within the above referenced time frame to arrange for an inspection, your permit will be considered null and void and a new permit will be required prior to the commencement of any further work on the project.
