A note shall be placed on the con- struction plan with instructions of notification to the Spokane Tribe at least 48 prior to the scheduled activity. The owner/developer shall document the notification. Appeal: An appeal of this determination shall be submitted to the Community & Pub- lic Works Department within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date Issued.
