Hearing Procedures. The Planning Com-
mission will conduct the remote hearing
pursuant to the rules of procedure adopted.
In SVMC Title 1e (Boards and Authorities).
The public is encouraged to submit written
comments prior to the hearing by sending
the comments to Connor Lange. 10210 E
Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99200,

Comments will need to be submitted rolater
than 4:00 PM on September 24, 2020 in
order for them to be received and prepared
