City of Spokane Valley has taken the following land use regulation action imposing a variety of special
development conditions on 1414 N Fancher Rd located in the NW'/4 of Section 13 Township
25 Range 43 East WM in the County of Spokane, State of Washington.
The property is legally described as;
That part of the West Half(W1/2) of Block-Three (3)of EAST SPOKANE, lying easterly
of the present easterly line of Fancher Road No. 1918, in the County of Spokane and State
of Washington, as per map thereof recorded in Book"B" of Plats, page 41, in the office
of the County Auditor of said County; ALSO the north 30 feet of that part of vacated
Sinto Avenue adjoining on the south
This property was the subject of a land use action by the City of Spokane Valley, Community and
Public Works Department, Building & Planning Division on PERMIT#BLD-2019-3103 regarding the
Airport Hazard Overlay.
Notice is herein provided that this property is located within the Airport Hazard Overlay Zone of the —'
City of Spokane Valley,Washington and is subject to the provisions of Section 19.110.030 of the City
of Spokane Valley Municipal Code.
Release of this title notice can only be accomplished through the authority of the City of Spokane
Valley Community Development Department or its successor by recording of a"Title Notice
Extinguishment" based upon a finding that such release should occur.
