LIVING TRUST for and in consideration of THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
SEVENTY-EIGHT AND NO/100 ($3,278.00) DOLLARS, convey(s) and grant(s) unto the
CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington,and
its assigns, Grantee,under the imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its right of Eminent
•t-b,, Domain,the right,privilege and easement over,upon,and across the hereinafter described lands
for the purpose of sidewalk and curb ramp installation.
The temporary rights herein granted shall terminate 36 months from start of construction,
or August 15, 2023,whichever occurs sooner.
Said lands being situated in Spokane County, State of Washington, and described as
follows:

It is understood and agreed that delivery of this easement is hereby tendered and that the
terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Spokane Valley unless
and until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Spokane Valley, by and
through its authorized agent.
