SCOTT, P.E., DIRECTOR RE: Permit Requirements - 304 N University Road - Third and Final Notice Dear Mr. Leifheit: A recheck of our records indicates the appropriate permit has yet to be obtained for the Home Industry Upholstery Shop on your property located at the above referenced address, as specified in Section 301 of the Uniform Building Code. Attached is a copy of the Inspection Report. Because the ten (10) day time frame established in our letter to you dated September 2, 1993 has lapsed and no apparent effort was made to contact this office, an investigation -fee will be assessed on your permit as per Section 304(e) of the Uniform Building Code. Therefore, we must require that unless arrangements are made to obtain the permit within ten (10) days from the date of this letter, this matter will be forwarded to the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney's for appropriate legal action without further notice from this office. Your cooperation in this matter will be appreciated. SCOTT, P.E., DIRECTOR A recent visual inspection indicated that the Home Industry for an upholstery shop located at the above referenced address, parcel number 45163.0435, has been occupied without an approved final inspection. It should be noted that Section 305(d) of the Uniform Building Code requires that there be a final inspection and approval on all buildings and structures when ready for occupancy or use. We are therefore requesting that you contact this office immediately to schedule this inspection - A recheck of our files will be conducted within ten (10) days of the date of this letter.
