RE: Notice of Unsatisfactory Conditions
Dear Mr. Osso:
We have been informed of an unsatisfactory condition on your premises
located at S. 2206 University.
This condition may require installation of a new furnace. This
letter is to inform you that, should you replace the furnace a permit
may be required, pursuant to the 1985 Uniform Mechanical Code.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact this
office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., weekdays.
