A public sewer system will be made available for the project and individual service will be provided to each tract prior to sole. Use of individual on —site sewage disposal systems shall not be authorized. Use of private wells and water symtems is prohibited. The public water system, pursuant to the Water Plan approved by county and state health authorities, the local fire protection district.
