I left him with the possibility of (3) options: 1) Use only the residence for himself and his wife to work in as a Home Profession. 2) Use the detached garage for them to work in with their (2) additional employees as a Home Industry - which would require a Change of Use and Occupancy. 3) Use the detached garage as in #2 but with a possibly CUP if a Home Industry would not cover their proposal. I told him to come in this morning (Friday) to ask Planning the following (3) questions: 1) Will they approve him (today) for a Home Profession? 2) Would he qualify for a Home Industry? What requirements would be a part of the Change of Use? 3) Would a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) be required as any part of the approval of their proposed use of this site?
