It appears that the easement may still exist, but we (assessor) won't track that. Here is our answer on what happened to the
unplatted area between the plats.

Mike,
We currently have 3 parcels covering the unplatted portion between the 2 plats. 45321.0925 & 45321.0927 & 45321.0919. I did
some research on the title for the unplatted land in question and found the following.
The plattors (the Phillips) of the ponderosa additions sold a large portion of the unplatted area to kenneth and Helen gudgel with
doc # 449052C see attatched PDF named ptnUnplatted.
The Gudgels then with a warranty deed sold 45321.0927 as it is currently taxed see attatched pdf named 45321_0927Doc.
I also have found a recent warranty deed for 45321.0919 which describes the existing parcels this doc is also attatched pdf file name
45321 0919.
The attached print screen show the original sale of land from the Philips to the Gudgels back in 1969:
