Herald, a weekly newspaper. That said newspaper is a legal newspaper and it is now and has been for more than six months prior
to the date of publication hereinafter referred to. published in the English language continually as a weekly newspaper in Spokane
County, Washington, and it is now and during all of said time was printed in an office maintained at the aforesaid place of

PRELIMINARY BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that it is anticipated
that the Spokane Valley City Manager will
have the 2021 Preliminary Budget avail-
able by the end of the work day (5:00
p.m.) Tuesday, October 13, 2020, and by
that date and time, will have filed such
preliminary budget with the City Clerk and
with the elected body. Effective the end of
the work day (5:00 p.m.) October 13, 2020,
upon request to the City Clerk, copies of the
2021 proposed preliminary budget will be
available to the public. Requests should
be made to the City Clerk at cbainbridge®
spokanevalley.org, or by calling 509-720-
5102. This matter will be presented to City
Council at the 6:00 p.m. October 13, 2020,
Spokane Valley Council meeting, which
meeting will be held via Zoom at City Hall,
10210 E Sprague Avenue. Until further
notice, in response to Governor Instee's
Proclamation, members of the public may
only attend Council meetings remotely. A
link will be provided in that regard on the
October 13, 2020 Council agenda.
