Thanks for time spent with me on the telephone, Friday, September 21, 2007 at 9:20 AM
to review and discuss plan review comments for the above referenced project.
In accordance with our discussion, the following is included as a part of the plan
submission for the subsequent issuance of a building permit:
1. Window headers throughout are (2) 2" x 10" wood beams.
2. Provide Simpson Hurricane Ties at attachment of each pre-engineered truss to
double 2"x 6" top bearing plate.
3. Garage door header beams are 5 1/8" x 16" glu lam beams.
4. 2" x 6" solid fire blocking is provided at mid -height on all stud walls.
Attached is a section drawing through the canopy on the south side of the building with
notes and dimensions to detail the structure.
After review of the above items, should you have any additional questions or comments,
please contact me.
