Dear Mr. Breithaupt: Upon review of the submitted building permit application to construct a daylight basement for a home to be relocated I have identified the following items which need to be addressed; 1. Submit a relocation permit for the residence at 7711 East Trent Avenue to 4624 East 2nd Avenue. You may combine the current permit (07-003371) for a daylight basement with the relocation permit. 2. Update the site plan with the following. a. Property dimensions. b. Actual proposed front setback. c. Proposed rear setback. d. Indicate the total amount of cubic yards being disturbed (cut and fill). Please provide all resubmittals directly to the City of Spokane Valley Permit Center located at 11703 East Sprague Avenue, Suite B-3, Spokane Valley, WA 99206 which will be forwarded on for my review.
