The property is required to be connected to the Spokane County Sewer System when developed. A sewer stub is available to the property. A sewer connection permit is required in order to connect to the sewer. The permit must be obtained PRIOR to the installation of the sewer line. A sign — off from the Spokane County Division of Utilities is required before the sewer permit can be issued. 1 explained all of this to Paul, with Phoenix Development ( 217-3237 ) via phone today. Paul stated to me that he could come to my office next Tuesday, September 25th, to see me for the sewer permit sign -off and purchase the sewer permit. The -sewer connection fees (CFR) has been paid.
