A City of Spokane Obstruction Permit is required for your move. The City of Spokane will also need to know if the truck/trailer has a steer able axle. WSDOT is requiring a traffic control plan for the closure of the Sprague Avenue WB off -ramp while you are maneuvering through the intersection of Sprague/Fancher. It sounds like a WSDOT permit is not necessary, but Richard will need to approve the traffic control submittal. Steve is still waiting to receive the detailed axle configuration to pass on to the bridge engineers.
