Posts are located @ 10' o. c., 12'0" o. c., 11'5' o. c. and 12'7" o. c. and the roof has a 4:12 pitch. I have checked the building for the diaphragm design criteria used in the development of the standard plans. There are no openings in the right endwall of the building. There is sufficient area of sheeting on this endwall to transfer lateral loads on the roof and sidewalls of this building to the base of the posts. The left endwall has no openings. There is sufficient steel sheeting on this endwall to transfer lateral Toads on the roof and walls to the base of the building. The rear endwall has no openings. The front endwall has a 12' x 12' door, a 9' x 7' door and two 3' pas doors. Sidewall openings have no effect on the lateral Toad resistance of the building. Purlins for the 10' bays will be 2" x 6" DF-L #2. Purlins for 12' & 11'5' bays will be 2" x 6" MSR 1,800f-1.6E material. The purlins in the 12'7" bay will be 2" x 6" MSR 1,800f-1.6E material. All purlins will be placed @ 24" o. c. You may use the standard post frame building plans for erection of this building with the above exceptions.
