Section 1 amends chapter 3.65 of the Mu- nicipal Code to update.delinitions; Include a process for a cable television entity to submit an application to provide service in the City; sets out the renewal franchise pro- cess; and clarilies certain regulations and processes.Section 2 speaks of severability, and Section 3 provides for an effective date.
