The collective application package, as submitted, was determined to be consistent with pertinent development regulations and thus has been accepted. Prior to Public Works signoff on the grading permit, the following items shall be addressed: 1. The project engineer must make 2 copies of the signed mylar and return the 2 copies to Public Works (we kept the second set of mylars for our records). 2. A pre -construction conference is required.
