Street and Drainage Plan Acceptance
Public Works Development Division has reviewed your submittal of Civil Plans and
Drainage Report for the above -mentioned project. The collective application package, as
submitted, was determined to be consistent with pertinent development regulations and
thus has been accepted.
Prior to Public Works signoff on the grading permit, the following items shall be
addressed:
1. The project engineer must make 2 copies of the signed mylar and return the 2
copies to Public Works (we kept the second set of mylars for our records).
2. A pre -construction conference is required. Please contact Rod Pegram the Public
Works Development Inspector at 688-0025 to schedule this meeting. Attendees
should include project engineer and the construction inspector who will be
certifying the project.
Next steps:
3. Contact the Planning Department (Micki Hamois/688-0048) for additional
conditions that may exist.
4. Contact the Building Department (Mike Turbak, 688-0035) for other requirements
and needed permits (e.g. right-of-way obstruction permit).
5. Final Plat —
a. Contact Public Works prior to first submittal of final plat to obtain plat
language, address any other prerequisites and submit.
b. Prior to acceptance, the applicant or successors in interest shall submit:
i. The Homeowner's Association Unified Business Identifier (UBI)
number is required.
ii. A copy of the CC&R's.
