325'of CCL Temporary Fence will be delivered on 10/19/2020 and placed at
the site address of: CenterPlace Regional Event Center,2426 N. Discovery Place,Spokane Valley,WA 99216
A rental rate of$0.50 per foot plus tax, per month & $85.00 per hour Weekdays &
$105.00 per hour Weekends &After 6pm weekly, port to port.
for delivery,set up,tear down and removal. Port to port time will be charged accordingly.
Conditions: (A deposit may be required prior to delivery)
1. Customer is responsible for damage from visibility screen,signs or banners are hung on fence.
2. 1-month minimum rental on all fence types/products.
3. Actual linear feet of fence will be adjusted to the amount that is left onsite for billing purposes.
4. Customer is responsible for removal of lock(s)/chain(s)prior to fence removal.Additional fees may apply.
5. Damage to any fence panels,bases,or hardware will incur a repair charge.
6. ECL/EOM$125 per panel,CCL$85 per panel,OM/WM$110 per panel,PB$116 per panel,bases$35 each,hardware$4 each.
7. Please give 72 hours'notice to have the fence removed from site.
8. Modifications to fence are not permitted without prior written authorization.
9. Invoices over 30 days are subject to interest charge of 10%.
This agreement will expire on: Project/Event Completion
Comments:If privacy screen is required,it is$1.86 per foot(50'rolls)to purchase—rental is not available for screen.
Sandbags are$6.12 each plus tax for purchase.
