Seller agrees that the installation work to be performed hereunder shall be accomplished in a good and workmanlike manner and shall comply with all applicable codes and ordinances governing such work. 2. The warranties of the manufacturer of the equipment sold hereunder, together with parts and accessories, are the only warranties extended by Seller to Purchaser. 3. Terms of payment shall be the full purchase price, together with sales tax, upon installation, less any deposit previously paid. Financing if required, shall be procured by Purchaser and nothing contained here shall be construed to require that Seller arrange such financing. 4. Seller shall provide all necessary tools and equipment required for installation and shall furnish, at its own expense, necessary labor therefor. Purchaser warrants that Purchasers premises are sale and free from hazard and that no damage or injury will be sustained by Seller, or Seller's agents and employees, by reason of unsafe conditions, or hidden dangers on or about said premises. 5. Purchaser hereby grants to Seller permission to make such alterations to Purchaser's premises as are reasonably necessary to accomplish the installation work hereunder. Such alterations shall include. although shall not necessarily be limited to, drilling of holes. running of wire, extension of pipe and the like. 6. It is agreed that this writing contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no oral or other representations that form a part of this agreement. 7. Time is of the essence hereof and seller agrees to exert best efforts to supply the equipment and complete installation by the agreed time. Provided, however, Seller shall not be responsible for delays occasioned by strike or lockout, natural catastrophes, or declaration of National emergency or war. 8 Delays in excess of 24 hours on any payment will result in job being immediately closed down and lien filing may result. 9. All change orders must be in writing with a minimum processing fee of $50.00 plus the cost of the change. 10. Access 10 premise is essential in timely completion of job.
