Re: Ted Demars & Associates, Inc.
This letter is to confirm our May 8, 1990, meeting
to discuss the building compliance issue at E. 9504 -
7th Avenue, property occupied by our clients, Carol McLean
Markeson and Clyde Markeson.
Based on our discussions, it is my understanding that
the following steps must be taken in order for the Markeson's
addition to comply with the evaluation report on the C-Thru
patio enclosure:
(1) 65% of the long wall on the addition must be
"open area." This open area can consist of
sliding thermal glass windows.
(2) The addition must not be heated. To satisfy
this requirement the two wall heaters may be
disconnected.
Please be assured that Mr. and Mrs. Markeson are taking
the necessary steps to come into compliance with the evaluation
report requirements. As soon as the necessary changes to the
patio addition have been completed, we will contact your
offices to schedule an inspection.
Thank you for your assistance and cooperation.
Cordially,
MARY BETH S. NETHERCUTT
