Priorto issuance of the Engineered Grad- ing Permit, the developer shall submit a Cultural Resource Survey report completed by a qualified professional to the Spokane Valley Community and Public Works Depart- ment. In addition to the report the developer shall submit evidence of the acceptance/ concurrence with the findings in the report from the Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation and the Spokane Tribe of Indians.
