able significant adverse impact on the
environment. An Environments' Impact
Statement (EIS) is not required corder ROW
43.210.030(2)(c). This decisiorwss made
after review of a completed environrienlal
checklist and other information on file with
the lead agency. This information is avail-
able to the public on request.
Revised Determination: An MDNS was
issued on April 3, 2020. Atter consider-
ation of additional information, the MDNS
has be revised. This DNS is issued under
WAC 197-11-340(2); the Iead agency will
not act on this proposal for 14 days
from the date issued. Comments must
be received by 5:00 p.m. on December
11,2020.

shall be submitted to the Community & Pub-
lic Works Department within fourteen (14)
calendar days after the date issued. The,
appeal must be written and specific factual
objections made to the City's threshold
determination. Appeals shall be conducted
In conformance with Spokane Valley Munici-
pal Code (SVMC) 17.90 Appeals, and any
required fees pursuant to the Citys adopted
Fee Schedule shall be paid at the time of
appeal submittal. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-
680, appeals shall be limited to a review of
a final threshold determination.
