40 Waiver of Violation Requested
To permit a carport to remain 3 feet from the flanking street (Nora) and
one foot from the side property line, whereas the Zoning Ordinance requires
a 15 foot setback for the flanking street and a 5 foot side yard setback.
5. Approved by Zoning Adjustor after public hearing on January 4, 1965.
REASONS.
Condition:
1. The applicant shall fasten a 6" x 6" timber, or other suitable barrier,
on the floor of the carport at least three feet from the adjacent garage
in order to prevent automobiles entering the carport from running into
the adjacent garage.
