Nature of Conditional Use Permit Requested: To use a trailer as a residence 5. Approved by Zoning Adjustor after public hearing on July 27, 1964. CONDITIONS.: 1. If the trailer is not on the property in question by February 1, 1965, this permit shall become null and void. 2. The trailer shall be located on the property in question in accordance with the requirements for a single family dwelling as prescribed in Chapter 4.04 of Title 4, except that no improvements including the triler, patio slab, septic tank, or drain field be placed closer than 30 feet from the south property line in order to prevent such improvements from encroaching upon future right of way for Sixth Avenue. 3. Sewerage facilities and water supply shall be installed as prescribed by the County Health Department, 4. This permit is granted to August 1, 1966, at which time such permit shall become null and void. 5. The trailer shall display a current state trailer license unless the undercarriage and towing yoke are entirely removed, in which case it shall be classed as real property and shall comply with all applicable codes for such use.
