CUE-2-73, Trailer as a Residence
VE-2-73, Frontage Requirement
Zoning Adjustor Decision: Approved, subject to the following conditions:
A. CONDITIONS:
1. The trailer shall be located on the subject property in compliance with yard
(setback) requirements for a single family dwelling as prescribers in
Section 4.05.110a of the Zoning Ordinance of Spokane County.
2. This permit shall be valid subject to the time as the mother is the resident on
the adjoining property.
3. The, trailer shall be skirted with a fire resistant material.
4. The. existing residence on the subject property shall be removed prior to the
occupancy of the trailer house.
5. The trailer shall not be mounted on a permanent foundation in such a manner
as to constitute a.permanent residence.
6 The trailer shall not be attached to other residential or accessory. structures.
Metal canopies, tip outs, and awnings may be attached to the trailer;
however, all wooden structures and accessory buildings, except open porches,
must be detached and placed at least three (3) feet from the trailer;
7. The trailer shall display a current state trailer license.
