WHEREAS, The Planning Commission of Spokane County has recommended amend- ments of the Master Zoning Resolution and map by adopting a map of parts of sectional area districts No. 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 for the addition of Agri- cultural Districts, Industrial Districts (M-2), a Surburban District (S-2) and a Landing Field District (L-F), and providing rules and regulations for the uses of lands, buildings, structures and natural growth and the height thereof in said Land- ing Field District, and has heretofore held public hearings thereon and given notice of the time and place of said hearings in publications of a newspaper .of general cir- culation in Spokane County, and given such other notice as provided by law; and WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has received, studied and in- vestigated the proposed plan for the zoning of the above mentioned parts of Sectional area Districts No. 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 submitted by the said Plan- ning Commission of Spokane County, and deems the enactment into law of the recommend-. ations of said Commission reasonable, proper, requisite and necessary for the pro- tection of the public interest, safety and general welfare, now therefore, STATE OF WASHINGTON, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SPOKANE COUIITY That Section 4 of a General Resolution establishing land classifications and districts within the unincorporated territory of Spokane County, State of Wash- ington, and regulating the uses of property, publicly and privately owned, therein, adopting a map dividing Spokane County into areas and providing for the adoption of individual sectional urea district saps according to Section, Township and Range, showing classified use districts, adopted September 17, 1937 and amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto additional sub -sections to be designated as sub- sections 4-7, 4-8, 4-9, 4-10, 4-11, 4-12, 4-13 to read as follows: Sub-se tion he d within Sectional cArea No,,18Tof theloreagDistrict PmaprofeSpokanrty, e LCount Washinit: An area lying more particularly described as follows:- Beginning on the west line of MorganStreet Road and the Extention thereof No, 1077 at the north line of Francis Avenue in the Southwest Quarter of S t„ipn 27.
