RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, The.Spokane County Planning Commission has recommended a endment to the
Master Zoning Resolution and Area Map by adopting a map of parts sectipna -Dis-
tricts Areas 19 and 22 for the addition of Business Zone Districts and an Agricul-
tural Zone District and has, heretofore, held public hearings thereon and given
notice of the time and place of said hearings in publications of a newspaper of gen-
eral circulation in Spokane County, and given such other notice as provided by law;
and
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has received, studied and investigated the'
proposed plan for the zoning of the above mentioned parts of Sectional Area Districts
19 and 22, submitted by the County Planning Commission and deems the enactment into
law of the recommendations of said Commission reasonable, proper, requisite and nec-
essary for the protection of the public interest, safety and general welfare, now
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SPOKANE COUNTY, STATE OF WASH.

That section 4 of s General Resolution establishing land classifications and districts
within the unincorporated territory of Spokane County, State of Washington, and regu-
lating the uses of property, publically and privately owned therein, adopting a map

adopted September 17 and amended, and that a part of Sectional District area map No.
22 is hereby amended to conform with the foregoing reclassification and the map at-
tached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Sub -section 4-19:
The following described property to -wit: An area 150 feet in
depth extending from the existing north Right of 'lay Line of Trent Road, beginning
at the S. E. Corner of Trentwood Orchards (A recorded plat) and extending west along
the north Right of Way of said Trent Road to a point 346 feet west from the S. W.
Corner of said Trentwood orchards, comprising a portion of the unincorporated ter-
ritory of Spokane County, heretofore zoned and classified as an Unclassified Dis-
trict (U-1), be and it is hereby established, adopted, classified and zoned as a
Business District (B-1) as defined in said Master Zone Ordinance and map, adopted
September 17, 1937 and amended, and that a part of sectional district map No. 22
is:hereby amended to conform with the foregoing ro-classification and the map at-
tached thereto and made a part hereof.
Sub -section 4-20:
The following described property to -wit: An area lying within
Soctional aroas Nos. 19 and 22 of the area district map of Spokane County and more
particularily described as the South one half of sections 33, 34, 35 and 36, Town-

ship 26 north, range 44 east; also sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 9 and 10 and that portion
of sections 11 and 12, Township 2, 'north, Range 44 cast, lying north of Spokane
River, comprising a portion of the unincorporated territory of Spokane County ex- '
cepting therefrom the areas bounded and described in sub -sections 4-17, 4-18 and
4-19 above designated as Business Districts (B-1), hereto foro zoned and classified
as an Unclassified District (U-1), be and it is hereby established, adopted, class-
ified and zoned as an Agriculturnl District (A-1), as defined in said Master Zone
Ordinance and map adopted September 17, 1937 and amended, and that a part of sec-
tional District map Nos. 19 and 22 are hereby amended to conform with the foregoing
re-classification and the map attr:chod thereto and by this reference made a part
hereof.
