WHEREAS, the above -named owner has submitted en application and certain
evidence in accordance with Sections 19, 20 and 21 of the Zoning Ordinance of
Spokane County, dated September 17, 1937, as amended August 25, 1953, Resolution
Number 53-199; and
WHEREAS, the Spokane County Planning Commission has held a public hearing
on -•Qy 1956 after notice on said application.
The Spokane County Planning Commission finds that the owner has made
reasonable effort to comply with all provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of Spokane
County, and that the above -described variances are not unduly detrimental to adjacent
or surrounding owners and do not violate the spirit or intent of.the Zoning Ordin-
ance; therefore,
The Board of County Commissioners of Spokane County concurs, and hereby
waives the above -described standard(s) .
