MINUTES, March 2 0, 1972 ZONING ADDTUSTOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT & VARIANCE CUE-15-72j, Trailer as a Residence Fraa�taae Requ1remeert Zoning Adjustor Decision Approved for the following reasons and subject to the following conditions: A, REASONS: 1. The Zoning Adjustor is of the opinion that Thierman Road provides adequate access to the site. B, CONDITIONS: 1, The trailer shall be located on the subject property in substantial conformance with the approved plot plan on file with this application, and in any case, shall observe the yard (setback) requirements for a single family dwelling as prescribed in Section 4a 05.110-a of the Zoning Ordinance of Spokane County, 2, The trailer shall be skirted with a fire resistant material. 30 The trailer shall not be mounted on a permanent foundation in such a manner ass to constitute a permanent residence. 4.
