6. Variance Requested: To por^iit a fence to be=::a.octed to within one foot of
Thierman Road along the north 53 feet of subject property, whereas the
Zoning Ordinance requires a 25 loot setback.
Conditions:
1. The variance and special permit is granted to July 1, 1)63 and if the
applicant has not secured a building permit by such date, the variance
permit and special per_~ii t shall become null and void.
2. A sight -obscuring fence shall be constructed not less than six feet in
height to within one foot of Thierman Road along the north line of
subject property and along the north fifty feet of the east boundary.
3. The fence shall be constructed of a material approvedby the Zoning
Adjustor and must be of a single, solid color.
4. "To gate or opening shall be permitted from the yard to Thierman road.
5. o cars or junk shall be piled higher than the fence at any time.
